Swedish pine chair produced by Åby Möbelfabrik, 1940s
It has a strong resemblance to Axel Einar Hjorth’s work and was previously mistakenly attributed to him.
However, this is not the case. Nevertheless, it certainly possesses the age and designer presence to stand on its own.
Made out of pine wood, with iron braces and bolts.
